In March, we took a trip to Zion National Park where Darryl actually proposed! It was an amazing trip! We hiked Emerald Pools trail, and Angel's Landing (one of the most popular and dangerous hikes there). We didn't make it all the way to the top, but the sights we saw were incredible! The entire park is not accessible by personal vehicle. You have to take the shuttle inside to the park to get around. We stayed in Springdale, just outside the park where there were various shuttle stops right from the hotel. The weather was perfect and the we were able to see some magnificent sunrises and sunsets. We wish we would've spent more time there. We would go back in a heartbeat. Although the Narrows hike was closed due to potential flooding, our only regret was to not go during the Spring because of this. We would love to venture back during the summer when all trails would be open.
